An isolated browser visits public pages and checks the tracking it can observe. On supported stores it may add one item to a cart and open checkout. It stops before payment and never places an order. You do not need to install anything or grant store access.
Plan for 5–10 minutes. The page shows progress as the browser explores your site and the report is built. Busy sites and browser availability can take longer. Once the run has started, save its link to come back to it.
Use a public website address. The audit is designed around ecommerce journeys; other sites can still return tracking and performance evidence. Login walls, bot protection, and unsupported checkout flows can limit coverage. Those limits are shown in your report.
It shows the browser evidence captured during this run. It does not sign in to your ad accounts or place a purchase, so it cannot prove purchase attribution or every server-side event. Untested steps and incomplete evidence are labeled clearly rather than treated as failures.
Reports are public and can be shared by link. Submit a public website you are comfortable analyzing. The audit does not require access to customer records or store credentials. Contact details submitted to unlock the action plan are kept separate from public reports. Bily uses its own tracking to record report unlocks and call requests, including conversion measurement with configured advertising destinations. See the Bily privacy policy for details.
